# Build the Mental Healthletes Orbit

Not a therapy group. Not trauma olympics. A quiet space for men who think too much, feel too much, and are tired of pretending they don’t.

## How does the Mental Healthletes Orbit work?

You shape the community! None of this is final. That’s why your voice matters.

 PHASE 1

### Email Orbit

Early members get access to exclusive prompts, stories, and private interaction options. Low friction, high reflection.

 PHASE 2

### Private Circles

A small invite-only space where we slowly grow the room around themes like overthinking, identity, pressure, and emotional isolation.

 PHASE 3

### Integrated App

Reflection patterns from the app inspire anonymous interactions in a shared language. Find answers along the path without exposing private entries

## What this community will be

- Not group therapy or medical treatment
- Not a place for labels or medically diagnosing other people
- Not a loud social feed where the most dramatic story wins

## What it will not be

- Not group therapy or medical treatment.
- Not a place for diagnosing other people.
- Not a place where you have to perform vulnerability for likes or claps.

## Boundaries & Safety

- The community is for reflection and connection, not medical advice.
- This is not a crisis line. We can’t handle emergencies.
- No diagnosing, shaming, mocking, or turning someone else’s pain into content for clicks.
- Anonymous-friendly does not mean consequence-free. Respect and safety come first.

If you’re in immediate danger or thinking about self-harm, please contact a crisis hotline or local emergency number instead.

## Receive updates when the doors open

Leave your email and hear first when we launch the early version of the platform. No pressure to show up in a certain way. Quiet members are welcome.
